Elon Musk Says He Acquired Fauci’s Property And Is Now Seeking His Eviction, “You Can’t Run Now”

Elon Musk has revealed that he purchased a property belonging to Anthony Fauci through a private trust and is now preparing to begin eviction proceedings, describing the move as another way to put pressure on the former government health official.

According to Musk, the purchase was deliberately handled through a trust, keeping his involvement out of the spotlight while the transaction was being completed.

Now that the property has changed hands, Musk says his attorneys have started the process of removing Fauci from the property.

“You cannot arrest him, but you can certainly make his life difficult,” Musk said. “The property was bought via the trust, and the lawyers have already begun the eviction process.”

Musk described the unusual move as entirely legal and said his lawyers had spent considerable time examining the agreement before moving forward.

According to Musk, Fauci had invested heavily in security surrounding the property and entered into a five-year arrangement designed to provide additional protection and privacy.

Those expenses, Musk claimed, have now made the situation considerably more complicated.

“He spent a lot on security and made long-term arrangements,” Musk said. “Those things aren’t cheap, especially when suddenly you don’t control what happens with the property.”

Musk suggested that the purchase was partly designed to demonstrate that financial and legal pressure can sometimes be more effective than public arguments.

Rather than continuing to criticize Fauci through interviews and social media, Musk said he decided to take a completely different approach.

“I am just calling the note due; there’s no way to run now,” Musk added.

The comments immediately generated attention because Musk has publicly criticized Fauci in the past, frequently using social media to question his decisions and actions during his years as one of America’s most recognizable public health officials.

The property dispute, however, would take that rivalry into entirely new territory.

Musk said the eviction process would be handled by attorneys and insisted that he has no intention of personally confronting Fauci over the matter.

“This isn’t me showing up at somebody’s front door,” he explained. “That’s why you have lawyers. There are contracts, there are rules, and everything goes through the proper process.”

Fauci has not publicly responded to Musk’s statements.

It also remains unclear how quickly the eviction process could move or whether Fauci would challenge the action in court.

Musk, meanwhile, appears prepared for a lengthy legal fight if one develops.

The billionaire has built a reputation for taking unconventional approaches when dealing with business disputes and public controversies, and his latest move would certainly qualify as one of his more unusual strategies.

For Musk, however, the issue appears straightforward.

He says the property was legally acquired through his trust, his lawyers are handling the paperwork, and the next steps will be determined through the legal process.

Whether Fauci decides to challenge those efforts remains to be seen.

For now, Musk says he has no plans to back away.

“The lawyers know what they’re doing,” he said. “We’ll see what happens next.”
