Whoopi Goldberg, the legendary actress, and comedian, has announced that she is taking legal action against tech billionaire Elon Musk. The reason? He has allegedly stolen her signature catchphrase and used it as the name for one of his companies.
According to sources close to the situation, Goldberg is accusing Musk of trademark infringement, claiming that she has been using the phrase “Whoopi Goldberg” for decades to promote herself and her brand.
