In a shocking turn of events, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has made an offer to buy Twitter from Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The proposal comes as a surprise to many, given Musk’s reputation as a tech visionary and Twitter’s status as a social media powerhouse.
