The coverage of Elon Musk’s erratic takeover of Twitter has suddenly halted. A recent update, however, indicates that the CEO is concerned about his team leaking sensitive material to the media.
The South African in response is threatening to sue anybody who violates their contractual NDA, as reported by TMZ.
Editor of Platformer Zoe Schiffer was able to secure a copy of the engineer’s communications with Twitter personnel. Later on, she posted straight quotations from it to her own page.
She tweeted on Saturday, “NEW: Elon Musk is threatening to sue Twitter workers who disclose secret material to the press” (December 10).
She said, “He’s asking staff members to sign a commitment stating they understand. The journalist dissected what she had read in the original document in the discussion that followed.
As evidenced by the many detailed leaks of confidential Twitter information, a few people at our company continue to act in a manner contrary to the company's interests and in violation of their NDA. 1/

In the opening of his email, Elon Musk said, “As shown by the numerous detailed breaches of secret Twitter information, a few employees within our firm continue to behave in a way that is against to the company’s interests and in violation of their NDA.”
You accept responsibility to the fullest extent of the law if you plainly and intentionally break the NDA that you signed when you joined, and Twitter will immediately pursue damages, it will be mentioned only once.
The 51-year-old added that “occasional slip-ups are normal” to his message to his team. The website will, however, “get the answer it deserves” if someone violates their promise by submitting specific information to the media with malicious intent.
Musk says occasional slip ups are understandable "but breaking your word by sending detailed info to the media" with the intent to harm Twitter "will receive the response it deserves."
Employees have by 5pm today to respond.

The deadline for responses from Twitter workers today was 5 PM, according to Schiffer’s article.
Musk has been publishing comments that seem to be relevant to the current happenings. On Saturday afternoon, he said, “Twitter is both a social media firm and a crime scene.”

The investor posted a meme in his subsequent article. It shockingly suggests that he may have discovered some of the “darkest secrets” of the program, which just stirs up more controversy online.
In other news, Elon Musk’s brain implant business is being looked at for possible animal cruelty.
