Breaking: Kathy Griffin sues Elon Musk

Comedian Kathy Griffin sues Tech Billionaire Elon Musk for emotional distress caused by tweet

Kathy Griffin, the comedian known for her sharp wit and controversial humor, has decided to take legal action against tech billionaire Elon Musk.

According to sources close to Griffin, the feud between the two began when Musk tweeted out a seemingly harmless joke about her infamous Trump photo shoot.

Griffin, who has never been one to shy away from a fight, saw this as the perfect opportunity to strike back at Musk and his company, Tesla. She has decided to sue Musk for defamation and emotional distress, citing the “emotional toll” that his tweet has taken on her.

In an exclusive interview with The Satirical Times, Griffin stated, “I’ve been through a lot in my career, but this tweet from Musk has really affected me. I can’t even sleep at night knowing that he’s out there, tweeting away, causing emotional pain to innocent comedians like me.”

When asked about the specifics of her case, Griffin revealed that she plans to use expert witnesses to prove the emotional distress caused by Musk’s tweet, and that she plans to seek damages in the millions.

Musk, for his part, has yet to comment on the lawsuit, but sources close to him say that he plans to fight back with all the resources at his disposal.

“Elon is not someone who backs down from a fight,” said the source. “He’s going to use his vast wealth and resources to defend himself, and he’s not going to let Kathy Griffin get away with this.”

As the legal battle between Griffin and Musk heats up, the public can only wait and see who will come out on top. One thing is for sure, this is going to be one legal battle that will be worth watching.
