In the course of his testimony under cross-examination, Johnny Depp was shown a text message that he had previously written to his talent agency, Christian Carinno, in which he made a threat to cut off Elon Musk’s manhood. “Let’s see if mollusK has a pair,” Depp texted Musk on Aug. 15, 2016, in a very sexual and filthy text message. “Come visit me in person…I’ll show him stuff he hasn’t seen before… When I slice off the opposite half of his d—-, it looks like this.”

Following her divorce from Depp in May 2016, Amber Heard started dating Musk. During their marriage, Depp has accused Heard of having an affair with Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Johnny Depp used startling language to characterize Heard in the communication revealed to jurors, including calling her a “money seeking, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, meaningless, dangling overused flappy fish market.”

“I can only pray that karma intervenes and takes away her talent of breathing,” he continued. Depp acknowledged writing the note, which he described as “horrific.” Johnny Depp’s testimony reaffirmed what he had said before. In spite of the fact that at times Depp’s evidence seemed disorganized, he was able to get it together in order to describe Heard’s allegations of violence as “outrageous, ridiculous, stupid, brutal, cruel,” and “all untrue.”

He also claimed that Heard’s allegations that he abused his ex-girlfriend, supermodel Kate Moss, were “all in her brain,” and that he helped her get the job in Aquaman. He further alleged that while on the Orient Express luxury train in Thailand, Heard put a “shiner” on him. During the trial that was taking place in the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia, which is located close to Washington, District of Columbia, Depp had already been subjected to extensive cross-examination from both sides.

Heard’s team hinted that he would be called back to the stand, but they declined. Depp’s attorneys, on the other hand, chose to bring him back to rebut some of the charges made by witnesses after his previous testimony.

Depp is suing Heard for $50 million after she implied that he assaulted her in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed. Despite the fact that she did not identify him, he argues that her accusations are untrue and that they have lost him lucrative film jobs. Heard countersued, asking for $100 million and alleging that she was the victim of “rampant physical assault and abuse” at his hands, but that she was defamed when it was alleged that she made up the charges. She claimed that she was defamed when it was claimed that she made up the allegations.
